Saturday June 19, 2010 *NEW DATE*

Where:
Pyle Adult Recreation Center - Yuma Room
655 E Southern Ave.
Tempe, AZ 85282
What:
Fuu will demonstrate basic "kitsuke" or the art of wearing kimono. She will show all all the items you need to wear and present the basics of buying and sewing your own kimono. There will be a hands-on portion where each person will learn to tie an obi. Come with your kimono questions or clothing.

Re: July 17, 2010 - Kimono Demo if anyone has anything specific they want to know about please suggest it!!! Do people care more about learning how to properly wear stuff, tying obi, where to buy good stuff, what is everything or making stuff?
