It is a pity that you are not doing this on the 6th, that is the Festival's "Merlin's Magical Merryment' day and they are asking for all magical, mystical, and elfin costumes to come out then. I usually scheduled our "Elven Invasion" on this weekend.
The 13th is their Scottish/Irish day, so expect more drunken kilts than fairy wings then.

we should figure out a carpool system for this. It is pretty far out and I'm sure that it would be more fun if we carpooled.

Thanks for the info! I didn't know they had special event days. I'll have to look into that next time.
Unfortunately, only 2 people voted for that date...more than twice as many voted for this date. We want as many people as possible. :)
I wish I could go both days, but I think I really need to sew that weekend... it would be nice to meet some other fairies. I hope I see Twig again. *.*

I am thinking of pulling Elrond out for the 6th and see who's there.
I do not have my Elven invasion force to go with, but it still should be fun.

The 13th is a HUGE book festival in Tucson, and we are going there to meet Charles De Lint!

I plan to go to the RenFest on the 14th (Sunday) again, most likely in my Samurai.

Our Asian Invasion of the AzRenFest is set fot the 21st (Sunday), would anyone here be coming?
We have several of the Asian personnas from the SCA coming, including some of our Samurai.

And the last day of the AzRenFest is the 28th (Sunday, and Last day of the Festival), prolly in Samurai again.

(The 27th is an SCA event at Schnep Farms, Mixed Weapons War,
where there will be a full event, including battles using 'weird" weapons!)

I'll be in my fairy costume that I'm not very happy with. At least I won't be wearing my peasant costume for like...it's fifth faire. xD;

So we've got Bernard, Fuu, Chouji, Amiko...Norritt? anyone else who can please join. ^^ I wish you could come too Stillman~ this is the only day I'll be able to make it with my busy schedule.

Brandon and I will be there. I wanted to make a fairy costume myself, but with my lack of funding and laziness, I'll just come in casual wear. No lolita either.

I would love to, but I am taking Holly to meet Charles De Lindt, one of her favourite authors that day at the Festival of Books in Tucson.
I am going loads of other days, will anyone else be going then?

I'm glad some of us were able to get together. It was great seeing with Fuu & family, Brandon, Amiko, Bernard, Chouji~and others we ran into! Note to self: don't forget the sunscreen! xD;
