You don't need Sasuke to go eat Ramen just have Chouji go with ya like he always does. Trust me I would love to go get some good Ramen with Kakashi,Naruto, and Sakura. I also think that Feawen you look very cute in pink and would kick butt as the Pink Psycho Ranger

Whats up, first time posting! A good friend of mine told me about the Arizona Rangers recently and it just so happens that I actually have a couple PR cosplays in mind. I've been thinking about going as Shane the red wind ninja ranger from Power Rangers Ninja Storm. Specifically his master uniform. Whats a good way to approach this costume?

It appears that the suit is part pleather, and part heavy duty spandex. Much like the movie X-men jumpsuits. They have cast rubber shoulder pauldrons that you could make using sandwiched camping bedding mats, painted with rubberised pickup truck bed liner. The gloves and boots should be available in any motorcycle supply.

While this is a cool looking suit, in Az it Will be HOT to wear, be advised. And not many people will recognise it as a Ranger, the helmeted suits are always a dead giveaway.

I hope that this helps.
Anyone else have any thoughts/ideas?

Spandex and pleather would be my suggestion as well. I would think that thick craft foam might also be possible for the details?

A camping sleep mat is basically 1/2 inch craft foam. WalMart has them in the sleeping bag aisle. We use them to pad our helmets and armour to fight in.
